Gordon brings over 50 years of experience in the steel and wire industries. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in metallurgical and materials engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology and helps resolve metallurgical challenges.

Helmrich-Rhodes is a board-certified safety professional with decades of industrial loss control experience. She earned her doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh and holds degrees in safety sciences and industrial and labor relations.
